Sustainability

Environment

We recognise the environmental challenges related to the climate crisis we are all facing, and we have a responsibility to protect our planet for the next generation.

Everything is connected, we are a tiny part of an ecosystem made up of a complex network of interconnected systems. These connections run through every part of our business including our suppliers, our people and our customers. We may be tiny, but we are a part of that ecosystem and as such we have to act responsibly to help preserve our planet for future generations.

We aim to produce all products as responsibly as possible. We use only premium quality materials produced under responsible environmental standards. Our leather hides are a by-product of the food industry. Our supply chain is small and we are conscious our impact on our environment.

LOHAS - are you part of it? Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability may be the most meaningful consumer trend you may never have heard of. Honesty, authenticity, and alignment of principles and values is at its core and the movement is gaining momentum. Check it out.

Materials

Our leathers are prepared using natural vegetable extracts from a variety of wood, bark, fruit, roots and leaves. Environmentally friendly with no harsh chemicals, it’s a slow process taking up to six months from start to finish. The end result is a beautiful rich leather made to last a lifetime of fun and adventures.

Minimalism

Minimalism isn’t just a look, it’s a way of life. So many items are over-fussy, frivolous, complicated. Life can be the same. Mass production and sharp marketing has turned us into a throw-away society, far removed from the sources of the materials and the people making them. Buying things for the moment and not for life.
