A relationship unlike many, the bond between Emily and Jessica Hadden is seemingly hard to break. Not only are the girls sisters, but the two are also the driving force behind the Alfie Douglas brand - Emily being Creative Director and Jessica - Product Developer.

The achievements of the young fashion brand is not only owing to their hard work, but also to their great friendship, and their ability to pool their creative skills. Working in a family business can be a trying experience for some, but for these sisters it seems the family bond has only enhanced their working environment.

In their airy, light-filled studio in Hayes, Emily and Jessica work alongside other members of the family, including older sisters Charlotte and Georgina, as well as mum Davida and dad, Simon. This collaborative atmosphere the family have created has not only augmented the success of their brand, but brought this family of creatives closer together, and built a fashion brand that is as uncommon as it is elegant.
