We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us or to one of our events, following the instructions below, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange:

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • Products which have been personalised for you
  • Made to order products or made to measure items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Gift items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the 'giftee', provided that the conditions in the above section are met, the 'giftee' will  receive a gift card for the value of the returned item via email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, provided that it is within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we will issue a gift card by email.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



To be eligible for a return:

  • The return package needs to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt date.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Return Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at and we will advise you of the return address details.

International returns must be marked ‘GOODS RETURNED, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’, so that customs taxes are not charged. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you live outside of the UK. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that returns from outside the EU that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender. Any returns customs charges that may be incurred in the UK are your responsibility and will be taken off your refund, or charged before an exchange is dispatched.
